　　台江地區的養殖業以虱目魚為代表，從天然魚苗捕撈、人工繁殖育苗，到食用魚養成，養殖方式的時代變遷歷史已有400年之久。我們透過記錄虱目魚養殖業的歷史與現況，傳承珍貴漁業產業文化，更展望友善土地的種子深植你我心中。

　　The principal species farmed in Taijiang area is milkfish. From wild fry fishing, artificial breeding to food fish producing, the aquaculture industry in this area has developed for 400 years. By recording the history and current condition of milkfish farming, we are looking forward to passing down the precious culture of the industry and sowing the seeds of being friendly to our land in our hearts.
