內容簡介

中國改革開放30多年來，社會主義法治建設取得了巨大的成就，以憲法為統帥，法律為主干的多層次的中國特色社會主義法律體系已經形成。隨着中國對外合作交流活動的進一步深化，一方面，為了讓國外的各界人士了解中國的法律體系和現行有效的法律法規，熟悉中國投資的法律環境；另一方面，也為了滿足國內從事涉外工作的專業人士對外宣傳和使用中國法律的需要，我們編輯出版了這套法律法規中英文對照版本的工具書。

本匯編收錄的現行有效的法律和行政法規涵蓋了憲法及七個法律部門(憲法相關法、民法商法、行政法、經濟法、社會法、刑法、訴訟與非訴訟程序法)。本匯編共分為八卷：憲法卷、民商法卷、行政法卷(I、Ⅱ)、經濟法卷(I、Ⅱ)、社會法卷、刑法和程序法卷。
