Rosemary Wells（露絲瑪莉‧威爾斯）是美國著名兒童圖畫書作家，曾為知名童書Charlotte's Web（夏綠蒂的網）繪製插畫。文、圖都是自己創作的她，作品廣受到父母與孩子的歡迎。她的作品常由日常生活取材，而由她繪圖的作品中，常出現角色鮮明的可愛動物，例如小兔子Max and Ruby、小狗Mcduff、貓咪Yoko等。
