Having gotten her hands on Granny's famous wishing water recipe, Pongwiffy thinks that she has got just the thing to win the Spell of the Year Competition, but the recipe calls for some unusual ingredients and Pongwiffy is going to have a challenging time trying to locate them all. Reprint.
