Red Stag: A Novel

Vincent, a bastard child and nephew of the gamekeeper of the count's Estate, and Nicole, the count's daughter, return from school only to find Vincent's uncle murdered, the annual deer hunt underway, and these two childhood friends find themselves drawn to each other as as they search for a killer and for the truths of Vincent's parentage.
