When a father and son on their way to an English village go missing, the new "stranger" in town, Harlan Draka, becomes the number one suspect. Unwittingly drawn into this mystery, Harlan meets the beautiful Amber - who knew Harlan's father and just so happens to be a vampire herself! Together they seek out the monster that has been terrorizing the helpless village for so long.
