Having worked as Grandpa's assistant on numerous clock-building projects, Cayley is saddened to learn that her grandfather was taken away to the hospital during the night, but upon her visit to the hospital, Cayley reassures her Grandpa with familiar words of wisdom that apply not only to good craftsmanship, but life itself.
