El Portero/ The Doorman

Juan, a Cuban refugee working as a doorman at a Manhattan apartment building, holds a bizarre court with the tenants' pets--an Egyptian dog, a rattlesnake, a bear, and others--who discuss their grievances and plan their liberation.
