作者簡介
馬克與瑪麗．威靈布林克（Mark & Mary Willenbrink）
是一對夫妻檔，馬克是藝術家暨插畫家，作品在全美各地展覽過，並曾獲獎。他目前在學校及畫室教畫畫，以示範教法、簡單的原則，加上專業訣竅，幫助很多學生畫出引以為傲、得以展示的作品。
馬克關於畫畫的文章及作品曾被選入一些繪畫教學書籍，此外他還擔任《Water Magic》雜誌的編輯，他的專欄「Brush Basics」是該雜誌最受讀者歡迎的單元。
瑪麗則是一位諮商師暨作家，兩人曾合作出版《第一次畫水彩就上手》（2003）。兩人目前和3個孩子住在愛荷華州。
Mark and Mary Willenbrink are also the authors of North Light's Watercolor for the Absolute Beginner. Mark teaches watercolor classes and is a contributing editor for Watercolor Magic magazine. Mary is a writer, with a Masters Degree in Counseling.
