This is Naruto, Volume 1 with special Shonen Jump 40th anniversary insert.

1. Purchase select VIZ Media Shonen Jump products (DVDs and manga) from August through October 2008 (Over 1 million pieces of product)!

2. Each product contains a game piece sticker (featuring the Weekly Shonen Jump 40th Anniversary logo) and a sweepstakes entry form.  Fill out the entry form, place your game piece on the form, and mail it!  That’s it, you are entered!

3. If you collect and place 3 game pieces on your entry form, you are eligible to instantly win a prize, while supplies last. *First 5,000 eligible entries.
