　　興趣廣泛而閱歷豐富的C. J.巴克斯，是美國懷俄明州人，曾任牧場工人、勘測員、釣魚教練、地方報紙的記者、編輯，目前與妻子共同經營一家國際觀光行銷公司，更在小說創作的領域寫出亮眼的成績──
