With more than a decade of experience, Mike Catt is one of England's longest-serving rugby players. His longevity is due largely to his status as one of the best thinkers in the game, a quality which has earned him universal respect. Catt was a key member of the 2003 international champion team, and has played in three separate World Cups. For all his successes, however he has been dropped and by England more times than he can remember during the course of a 67-cap career, and has been booed by fans in the UK and abroad.
