A successful attorney about to be married and preparing for a run for Congress, David Wolfe's life is thrown into turmoil when he is reunited with Hana Arif, a Palestinian woman with whom he had a secret love affair in law school, a reunion marked by the assassination of the Israeli prime minister and by his efforts to defend Hana when she is accused of being the mastermind behind the crime.
