It is difficult to think of economists as whimsical, but this books stands as testimony that at least one, Kenneth Boulding, had that characteristic. Boulding, was a serious scholar with numerous critical publications to his credit. He also was a doodler, minor poet, and everyday philosopher, as evidenced by this collection of sayings, drawings, definitions, and aphorisms.
