A Study of Performance Measurement in the Outsourcing Decision

This report develops a framework incorporating both qualitative and quantitative performance measures, which provide researchers and professionals with the tools they need to assess service levels throughout the outsourcing contract. It applies this framework to a real-life scenario through analysis of a business to demonostrate how the outsourcing framework can assess suitability or success of outsourcing decisions.
