卡蜜．嘉西亞、瑪格麗特．史托爾

　　如同書中的艾瑪一樣，卡蜜．嘉西亞非常迷信。她就像其他以南方自豪的女孩，總是親手烤餅乾和派。雖然親戚是美國革命女兒會的會員，不過她從未參加過內戰重演活動。卡蜜在喬治華盛頓大學取得教育碩士的學位。身為老師的她，也是閱讀專家，主持許多兒童和青少年的讀書小組。
