作者簡介

傑佛瑞．迪佛 Jeffery Deaver

　　1950年出生於芝加哥郊區，從小嗜讀伊恩．佛萊明的007小說，由此獲得靈感，在11歲寫了第一部小說，後來以詩作、小說得過多項文學獎。從密蘇里大學新聞系畢業後，曾為雜誌社撰稿；後來又入福特翰大學讀法律系，取得學位後在華爾街工作數年，利用通勤時間開始寫偵探小說。
