作者簡介

　　馬帝歐‧佩里柯利是義大利建築師，其中又以素描作品聞名於世，為了更深入倫敦景點之美，他耗時兩年親手繪製泰晤士河畔兩岸美景，在國外受到許多讀者的喜愛，此外，他也出版過《Manhattan Within》一書，也是以素描方式描繪紐約大城知名景點，展現出他的獨到眼光。

　　Matteo Pericoli was born in Milan and has worked as an architect, illustrator, author, journalist and teacher. He is best known for his illustrated books of New York, where he lived from 1995 to 2008 and in particular, the iconic MANHATTAN UNFURLED. His work is regularly featured in the Observer, the New York Times and La Stampa, Italy’s national newspaper. He is also often commissioned for album artwork (Beastie Boys Four Boroughs).
