Smithsonian's National Museum of American History in Washington DC; the Canadian War Museum, the National Museum of Australia, and the Museum of New Zealand, Te Papa Tongarewa. The volume
concludes with an essay on the National Museum of Denmark and a selected timeline of exhibits there, with full-page plates of the various eras. The essays were first presented at the Conference
