One day Georgina has a home and plenty to eat and the next she's living in a car with her mother and brother. Impatient and ashamed of having to wash up in a restaurant bathroom and do her homework by flashlight, she decides to steal a dog, hoping to collect a reward. She chooses a mark and makes careful plans, but doesn't take into count her conscience bothering her.
