This second edition handbook (first: 2006) presents research from scholars based in Europe, North America, Australia, the Middle East, and Asia. The three editors are affiliated as follows: Smyrnio (RMIT U., Australia); Poutzioris (Enterprising British University, Greece); and Goel (U. of Minnesota Duluth, US).
