This reference reviews and evaluates about 300 measurement instruments for assessing ethical behavior in organizations, reflecting both traditional and emerging methods and research techniques. Recent research in business ethics and behavioral ethics is surveyed to reveal the latest theory and methods in measuring and understanding ethical behavior in organizations and the workplace. Major themes are moral awareness, ethical decision making, traits and ethical leadership, and emotional dispositions. The final chapter looks at ongoing challenges in business ethics research. The editors and most contributors are affiliated with Brigham Young University; some contributors are doctoral students, and there is even material by an undergraduate student.
