This book draws on neuroscience and behavioral sciences, as well as traditional leadership and business thinking, to present a framework for becoming a more effective and productive leader in
business and other organizations. It outlines four pillars of this framework: thinking, including having brain power and a clear mind, adopting a higher purpose, getting into the flow, using
creativity, improving memory, and using an adaptive and growth mindset; emotion, which involves improving emotional style, being aware of moods and the power of basic emotions, and developing
emotional agility; brain automations, including understanding how priming works, maintaining or changing habits, and understanding the effects of the physical environment; and relations, which
focuses on collective effort, understanding how others are thinking, being aware of imitation and influence, using persuasion, evaluating the collective brain, talking to the brain, and being
aware of feedback. Annotation ©2016 Ringgold, Inc., Portland, OR (protoview.com)
