Measurement (BPM) to develop a new approach for improve BPM in the metal finishing industry. An exploratory sequential mixed-methods research design is employed, using Simons’ The Levers of
Control as an MCS framework. The book gives guidelines on how to design and implement a sustainable BPM system with an MCS model in the metal finishing industry. About 75 pages of appendices
