「戰鬥王軍事休閒娛樂誌」是由寶和出版有限公司在2004年12月1日正式創刊發行，是一本包含所有軍事嗜好元素題材的新型態休閒雜誌，相較於傳統軍事雜誌的艱澀生硬，戰鬥王以深入淺出的細微撰述，和大量的彩色照片圖說，讓一般讀者皆能藉著輕鬆閱讀來汲取所有精闢的軍事戰鬥訊息，完全顛覆傳統軍事雜誌刻板印象！舉凡世界最新的輕兵器、仿真漆彈槍、BB遊戲槍、瓦斯玩具槍，以及各種軍事裝備、越野車、戶外野營裝備、各國軍事裝備報導、國內外軍史博物館、大型軍備展覽和軍用部品、甚至軍事模型、線上戰鬥遊戲等都完整收錄於每期戰鬥王軍事休閒育樂誌的120頁全彩頁之中，蒐羅之廣，可謂全球華語軍事雜誌之創舉，目前除了台灣之外，還外銷日本、香港、澳門、中國大陸、星加坡、馬來西亞及美、加等大華人地區，是一本極具世界觀和可讀性的新型態軍事雜誌。

《Combat King Monthly》is a brand new type of military-leisure & entertainment magazine which was established by Baoho Publication Co.,Ltd. In December 1st 2004. It contains all kinds of military amusement elements, such as small arms, toy guns, personal gears, outdoor equipments, military museums, overseas military exhibitions, military models, military books, military movies, and military video games, in the whole 128 color-pages. Easy to read, and contains lots of photographs, are the reasons that CKM is considered to be the most interesting and popular military leisure magazine in the whole Chinese region. It has been sold to Japan, HK, Macau, Mainland China, Singapore, Malaysia, and USA(all in Chinese edition). CKM is published on the 25th every month. The circulation is around 10,000~15,000 copies per month.

　　戰鬥王雜誌於2004年12月1日正式登板台灣軍品界，草刊之初是與台灣已有20年歷史的軍事雜誌「尖端科技」，合組「寶和出版有限公司」，因此創刊頭兩年，雜誌屬性較偏向軍事國防、大型武器之報導；2006年中，戰鬥王雜誌正式冠名為C.K.M.(Combat King Monthly)，並獨立發行，而內容也逐步轉型為融合野戰遊戲、玩具槍與軍品裝備的「三位一體」軍品休閒雜誌，以琢文輕鬆、淺顯易懂且資訊豐富的內文呈現給讀者。
