Fresh Wood: Reinventing Woodshop

A showcase of the finalists and winning pieces from the 2007 Fresh Wood student woodworking competition. High school and post secondary students from across the U.S. construct furniture and woodworking pieces ranging from an acoustic guitar, nesting cabinets, a wooden sink, a reproduction Philadelphia secretary desk, and much more. Also included are articles written by and for woodworking teachers about partnerships with industry and improving the woodshop.
