The Outcast

In the Morland Dynasty series, the majestic sweep of English history is richly and movingly portrayed through the fictional lives of the Morland family. No one can understand why he takes this waif into the household, but the strain his arrival forces Benedict to take the boy to America, to join his much-missed daughter Mary.
